With over 15 years of experience in account management, Rich knows his way around a client brief, but it was his hunger for “bigger, better, more” that brought him to YTC and he hasn’t looked back since.

Before joining YTC, Rich had reached the ceiling at his previous role. Driven by ambition and ready to evolve, he made the leap and found a company that not only welcomed his energy but championed his potential to lead in a senior role.
Now, he heads up our department of business travel experts, where the pace is fast, the expectations are sky-high, the satisfaction is unmatched, and every day is all about the level of service that our clients receive.
What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
If you’re picturing a quiet desk and a few emails, think again.

There have been plenty of recent achievements, but a few standouts include:
- 🗼Paris 2024 Summer Olympics: A whirlwind of logistics, coordination and adrenaline. Rich successfully led, alongside Richard Moss, our team’s biggest booking of 2024, sending 1,000 travellers globally to the Olympics with Visa hospitality.
- 🛬 Heathrow Closure Response: When chaos struck, Rich’s team turned crisis into calm, handling it with expertise, poise and 100% client satisfaction.
- 🥇Leading the team: Progressing from the position of Senior Travel Expert to Team Leader was a significant milestone for Rich as he celebrated achieving a considerable professional goal! There’s more to come he says…

The Work Ethos

Outside the office, Rich is all about balance. Think long dog walks, chilled pub visits (preferably with a fire), and cooking up a storm for friends. Whether it’s BBQ season, fine dining or Sunday roast vibes, food and cooking is his passion.
