While our annual turnover is below the £36 million threshold requiring a formal Modern Slavery Act statement, we voluntarily publish this statement to demonstrate our commitment to ethical business practices and respect for human rights. 

Our Approach 

Oversight of our modern slavery commitments sits with the Directorial Team, supported by HR and Operations. 

We conduct due diligence on all suppliers during onboarding and review them periodically to ensure alignment with our values. Where appropriate, we request evidence of their own anti-slavery measures. 

We maintain fair recruitment practices, provide safe working conditions, and ensure fair remuneration. 

We raise awareness among staff about modern slavery risks in business operations and supply chains. 

We encourage employees, clients, and suppliers to raise concerns through our Whistleblowing Policy, and treat all reports with the utmost seriousness. 

Our Commitment 

We are committed to continuous improvement in identifying and addressing modern slavery risks. This statement is approved by the Directorial Team and will be reviewed annually.
