Your Travel Corporate – Conditions for Our Agency Booking Services
These Booking Conditions, together with any other written information we brought to your attention before your booking was confirmed, form the basis of your contract for agent booking services with YourTravel LTD.
YTC specialises primarily in corporate travel services, supporting business clients with tailored booking solutions across flights, accommodation, car hire, and ancillary services. A small portion of our services includes leisure travel arrangements, usually offered to existing clients or by request.
Please note that Your Travel Corporate acts solely as an agent at the point of booking. Once the booking has been confirmed and all documentation issued, our involvement in the transaction concludes, except in the following limited circumstances:
- If you request a date change or amendment to your confirmed arrangements
- If you request a cancellation
In such cases, we will assist in accordance with the relevant supplier’s terms. All other post-booking matters (e.g., seat selection, check-in, special requests, or refund claims) must be handled directly with the supplier.
Except where otherwise specified, we act only as an agent in respect of all bookings we take and/or make on your behalf. Your contract for the travel arrangements is directly with the supplier(s) of those services. Accordingly, your booking is subject to both these booking conditions and the specific terms and conditions of the relevant supplier(s), which we strongly advise you to read prior to booking.
These booking conditions and any agreement to which they apply are governed in all respects by English law. We both agree that English law (and no other) will apply to any dispute, claim or other matter which arises between us out of or in connection with your contract or booking.
