YTC:
We Care

News & views across travel

At YTC, caring isn’t just a nice idea – it’s at the very heart of what we do. We’re not just about providing a business travel service; we’re about being the kind of company that clients and employees can truly rely on. Here’s how we’re making that happen.

First and foremost, we’re all about people. Sure, we’ve got incredible technology behind us, but it’s our team of dedicated, passionate business travel experts who make the real difference. Whether it’s a last-minute itinerary change or a travel emergency, our team is there to jump in, take control, and sort things out. Quickly, reliably, and with zero-fuss, because truly, we care.

Taking Care of Our People

Of course, for our people to take the best care of our clients, we need to take the best care of them. That is why 2025 has seen us rolling out some fantastic new benefits and perks for our team. Fresh fruit delivered weekly for healthy snacking? Check. A cycle2work scheme? Absolutely. Corporate mini massages every other month? Yes, please! We’ve also introduced enhanced paternity leave, increased annual leave entitlement and additional paid time off for charity and volunteer work.

Caring for the Planet and Community

We don’t stop there. We’re taking big steps to show we care about the local community and the planet too. From lowering our carbon footprint across operations to sourcing responsible suppliers, we’re making smarter, more sustainable choices every day. To support our immediate community, local businesses and charities have taken priority. We have also developed a clear ESG policy and roadmap to net-zero – fully available for anyone to see. In a world that can often be all talk, we want to be as transparent and open about our sustainability claims as possible.

Lastly, we are working on an exciting sustainability programme to encourage our clients to support worthwhile projects alongside us. Watch this space.

At YTC, we’re about proving that ‘care’ isn’t just a buzzword. It’s a commitment to our clients, our people, our community and planet. It is something we’re proud to put at the centre of everything we do.
